We offer two convenient payment options for your rental:

• Zelle (preferred) – Accepted for both the $200 Security/Cleaning Deposit and your rental fee.
• Square – Credit and debit card payments are accepted. Please note that processing/convenience fees will be added to your invoice.

Zelle Payments

• In the memo/note section, please include the date of your event at the Rio Rico Community Center.

The $200 Security/Cleaning Deposit is required to reserve your event date.

As adopted by the Rio Rico Community Center Board of Directors in September 2025, the security deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your event.

By submitting your security deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• The security deposit does not apply toward your rental fee.
• The rental fee must be paid at least two (2) weeks prior to your event.

All rentals require a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI).

You may obtain a COI by:

• Contacting your homeowner's or renter's insurance provider, or
• Purchasing event insurance through The Event Helper.
